Job Description
MetalWork Türkiye - a leader in custom tooling manufacturing and electronics development.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager with a technical background to join our MetalWork Türkiye team. In this role, you will actively drive business growth across Turkey, targeting new clients and achieving sales goals.
- Identify and engage potential clients through calls and lead generations.
- Manage incoming inquiries, prepare and present proposals, and close sales.
- Track client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and follow up on opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPI metrics (30+ client calls monthly).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 1 year of experience in B2B sales
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in Turkish
- Working proficiency in English OR Russian
