Our client in the construction industry is looking for an Assistant Project Manager!

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Work closely with and assist the project management team with all aspects of the project as needed
Contributing to the planning and development of projects
Supporting the coordination and management of projects
Researching information as required
Performing material take-offs
Keeping track of and reporting on project progress
Completing any tasks assigned by the Operations Team/GC in an efficient and timely manner
Communicate effectively
See each project through the process from award to Post-Install Checklist •
Tracking of change orders, RFI’s, material deliveries, etc.
Assist with evaluating material pricing
Involvement in Schedule Building – Incorporating durations, material lead times, etc. Requirements
Must be a quick learner
Strong organizational, technical, communication skills and able to multi-task
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or within a team environment
