Your daily activities as Content & Creative Manager (PPC) will be:

    • Write engaging, high-conversion ad copy for PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance;
    • Collaborate with the design department to conceptualise and refine creative assets—such as banners, videos, and landing pages—to enhance campaign performance;
    • Coordinate closely with the compliance department to ensure all ads, copy, and creatives adhere to internal and external regulatory guidelines;
    • Manage PPC content workflow in project management software (Jira), ensuring tasks are clearly assigned, tracked, and completed on time;
    • Continuously review and optimise ad copy and creatives based on performance metrics, team feedback, and market trends;
    • Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product) to align PPC creatives with campaign goals and objectives;
    • Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep our content cutting-edge and effective.

You are best for this role if you are:

    • 3+ years of experience in copywriting for PPC campaigns or closely related digital marketing roles;
    • Proven ability to craft compelling ad copy for various formats (e.g., search ads, display ads, social media ads) with a focus on driving conversions;
    • Familiarity with financial regulations and/or experience working with compliance teams is a plus;
    • Hands-on experience managing tasks in project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track progress, deadlines, and deliverables;
    • Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret campaign performance data and refine copy/creatives accordingly;
    • Excellent communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and an ability to handle cross-departmental coordination;
    • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential. C1+ level in English is preferable;
    • A growth-oriented mindset with the willingness to learn and adapt to new tools or processes quickly.
