Job Summary:
The Value Stream ART Product Manager is a critical role required for the success of our projects. The Government expects that the Train Product Manager will be dedicated for the duration of the performance period, ensuring focused leadership and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Train Coordination: Ensure effective collaboration across multiple Value Stream ARTs, as well as with other contractor teams operating outside any single ART.
Support Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner in prioritizing epics and features that span across teams to facilitate timely software releases.
Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain product roadmaps or portfolio epic roadmaps that enhance integration across the ART and minimize duplication of efforts.
End-to-End Collaboration: Work closely with teams throughout the development process to ensure that deliveries align with project goals.
Communication and Evaluation: Regularly communicate with the Government Business Owner and Government Product Owners to evaluate cross-train work, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
Skills Required:
Clearance Level: USDA Public Trust Clearance
Proven experience in product management, particularly in a contractor role.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and cross-functional team dynamics.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
