Expedite Commerce is a Salesforce-native Lead-to-Cash SaaS platform offering advanced Digital Engagement, Configure, Price Quote (CPQ), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), eCommerce and Subscription Billing. The Role

In the role of QA Automation Tester, you will be part of a high-powered team ensuring seamless customer experiences utilizing our SaaS solution suite. This position has a strong focus on front-of-process analysis followed by highly effective testing utilizing the most efficient combinations of AI and automation tools.

What you will do

• Efficiently analyze, estimate, create, and execute testing plans to meet project requirements. You will achieve this by leveraging Playwright JS and AI-based testing tools to streamline processes and deliver effective results.
• Track discovered incidents meticulously, performing detailed regression testing to maintain system integrity and quality.
• Utilize the latest advancements in Playwright JS, AI-driven Automated Testing, and modern testing frameworks. Assist the team in adopting new tools and technologies that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency, ensuring best practices in QA testing for AWS-based and other web applications.
• Provide essential troubleshooting assistance during post-release and post-implementation stages.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Maintain and optimize Playwright-based test automation frameworks to deliver fast, reliable, and scalable testing solutions.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills combined with ability to document & collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively using professional-level English.
• Capabilities leveraging AI toward increased efficiency and effectiveness within QA.
• 3-5 years of experience specifically with Salesforce.com or Saas based applications and AWS development projects
• 3-5 years experience with hands-on experience with automation tools like Playwright, WebDriverIO, Selenium, etc.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Apex preferred.
• Proficient in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Experienced in both white box and black box testing techniques.
• Familiarity with performance and/or security testing is advantageous.
• Well-versed in regression testing and capable of documenting and troubleshooting errors effectively.
• Knowledge of test incident management software such as Jira, qTest, Zephyr.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with a high attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Additional experience with SQL and Data Reporting Tools is beneficial.

Work Timings - 1:00 pm -10:00 pm IST
