Job Title: Marketing Manager

Working Hours: initially 30 hours per week (Full-time)

Job Description:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies across various channels. You will manage campaigns, oversee marketplace operations, and drive initiatives that align with our company’s goals.

This role requires expertise in Shopify, Meta/Google Ads media buying, email marketing, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). Familiarity with Shopee and Lazada is a plus but not mandatory. You will also utilize tools like Notion to streamline project management and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign planning, coordination and execution
    • Plan comprehensive sales and marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success (e.g. price de-conflicting, coordinating with operations/tech/product team etc.)
    • Execute certain aspects of the campaign if needed (e.g. creating discount codes, amend product prices on Shopify, change website copy etc.)
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads management
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization
    • For Meta ads - provide feedback and insights to our partner creative agency, so that they can plan their creative strategy
  • Email marketing
    • Design and implement email marketing campaigns and automated flows using Klaviyo.
    • Analyze email performance metrics and refine strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Conversion rate optimization
    • Continuously analyze website performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with the design and development teams to enhance user experience.
    • Optimize product listings, promotions, and customer engagement to drive sales.
    • Implement best practices to enhance the customer journey and boost sales.
  • Others
    • Use Notion to manage marketing projects, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
  • Bonus
    • Oversee operations on marketplaces like Shopee and Lazada (not mandatory)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in eCommerce with a strong focus on Shopify, Meta/Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo, Notion, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and optimize conversion rates effectively.
  • Familiarity with Shopee and Lazada is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
