Job Description

At the top, where it should be

We choose to be an equal-opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, parental status, veteran status, disability status or on any other basis.

It’s unforgivable to be any other way.

Our Culture

At Huggg, we think big and don't allow boundaries to limit our imagination. We promote an open and honest working environment and know Huggg is a safe place to take risks through our no-blame policy. We challenge, question and debate to get the best out of each other, share ideas, collaborate and get stuff done, each and every day.

Our Vision

We are on a mission to become the world’s no.1 gifting platform and are looking to add another talented human to our growing team who shares our ambition in achieving that goal.

The Role

We’ve hit on something big—a simple yet brilliant idea that has already been used by millions of people and created a profitable business in the process. With a close-knit, small, and dynamic team driving us forward, we’re on the cusp of a major growth spurt. Now, we need an exceptional Account Manager (Supply) to help us unlock this next level.

As a vital part of our team, you’ll be the mastermind behind onboarding and managing our incredible supply partners (which already includes Hotel Chocolat, Bloom & Wild and Harvey Nichols). The quality, diversity, and relevance of the products in our digital marketplace are at the heart of our success, and your expertise will ensure we stay ahead of trends and wow our customers.

You’ll be the go-to expert on the hottest brands, striking smart, commercially-savvy deals that boost our profitability and secure the best products for our corporate customers (including Monzo, Just Eat and Octopus Energy). But it’s not just about getting the deal—it’s about building strong, collaborative relationships. You’ll nurture and grow partnerships with our existing suppliers, creating win-win outcomes that take our business and theirs to new heights.

If you have impeccable taste, a pulse on the latest trends, outstanding negotiation skills, and a knack for building lasting relationships, this is your chance to join us on our journey and make a real impact.
