Senior QA Engineer (Philippines)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead automated test preparation and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for validating both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless functionality and data integrity. You will work closely with the QA Team Lead and development team to create and execute test deliverables, analyze test results, document defects, validate bug fixes, and automate both existing and new functionalities using Selenium WebDriver.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts to validate system processes and functionality
• Collaborate with the development and QA teams to define testing requirements and deliverables
• Analyze test results, identify and document defects, and ensure timely bug resolution
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks
• Optimize and integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure best practices in test automation and software quality assurance

Requirements

• Proven experience in automation testing, including writing and executing test scripts
• Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks
• Deep understanding of software development tools, including source code management tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with front-end and back-end testing
• Ability to analyze system functionality, interface mapping, and data requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• English level Intermediate+ (good spoken English)
