Solutions Engineer

Job Description

The Solution Engineer is responsible for demonstrating enosix real-time integration products and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers in order to evoke confidence in the company’s technology infrastructure and to remove all technical objections in the sales cycle. To accomplish this, the Solution Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Provide demonstrations of enosix products to various industry verticals.  
  • Travel onsite to confidently display enosix functionality and architecture (approx. 25%) 
  • Architect and diagram customer-specific enterprise integrations, based on the Salesforce platform and SAP 
  • Collaborate with Product team to deliver compelling demonstrations for current and upcoming technologies 
  • Understand the customer's needs, and establish the enosix product as the best solution that solves the customer's integration challenges 
  • Build and present customized demos / Proof of Concepts utilizing enosix products 
  • Convey deep understanding of the customer's technology as it pertains to Salesforce & SAP solutions 
  • Support sales in responding effectively to RFPs 
  • Support sales in gathering customer-specific functional/ technical requirements to produce estimates and SOWs 

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Prior experience building functional integrations with SAP. Examples: 
  • Pricing 
  • Order Creation 
  • Integration Development experience using modern toolsets. Examples: 
  • SAP CPI/BTP  
  • MuleSoft 
  • Boomi 
  • Architect and diagram customer-specific enterprise integrations using enosix, based on SAP ERP and SAP integration technology 
  • Building related presentation content within Documents, Slides, Recordings 
  • Detail-minded, diligent note-taker based on customer interaction  
  • Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a CRM, ERP, or integration company 

  

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Knowledge of SAP ERP & SAP integration methodologies 
  • Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technologies 
  • Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments 
  • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
