We are looking for a dynamic, highly organised Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to develop into a permanent position and grow within the marketing function as your experience and responsibilities evolve.

Role Overview:

Our client delivers the number one suite of business and marketing systems, tools, and coaching for fitness entrepreneurs to grow their businesses to six-, seven-, or eight- figures. They empower entrepreneurs to transform their business, life, and community. 

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be working closely with senior executives and leadership teams in the PST timezone to manage their day-to-day operations and key marketing projects, you will also be responsible for executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive conversions. 

You will play a crucial role in content management, campaign execution, and marketing operations to ensure the client’s digital presence remains strong and effective. You will help the client’s company complete tasks and projects that support capturing, nurturing, and converting leads Elevating the client’s brand by delivering high-quality work, according to specs and with 100% accuracy

What we expect from you as a Marketing EA:

• Content Management: 
• Load and publish blog posts, 
• Create and update web pages, and 
• Manage landing pages and funnels.

• Email Marketing: Load, test, and deploy email campaigns to targeted audiences.

• Tracking & Analytics: Create tracking links (vanity links) and run reports on marketing metrics and KPIs.

• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms.

• Content Creation Support: Assist in creating marketing assets, including light video editing, production design, and light copywriting.

• Campaign Execution: Duplicate and update marketing campaigns while ensuring consistency across platforms.

• Project Management: Set up, run, and monitor projects, including supporting weekly workshops and partner planning meetings.

• CRM Management: Import and manage marketing data within the CRM.

• Quality Assurance: QA marketing campaigns, web pages, and funnels to ensure accuracy and performance.

• SEO & Website Optimization: Configure basic SEO elements to improve search engine visibility.

• Internal support: Supporting weekly workshops participating in partner planning meetings and executing projects with partners

Requirements

We would be happy if you have: 

• Demonstratable work experience on a marketing team handling tasks related to creative, copy, systems, and tech. 
• Significant work experience in a project management role.
• Certification and training in Scrum and/or Agile.
• Technical certifications or training with CRM.
• Ability to clearly communicate professionally (both written and verbal) with a global audience, customer base, partners, and team.
