Job Title: Graphic Designer

Schedule: M-F, US Business Hours

Salary: $900-1400/month

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of how to create high-impact, scroll-stopping designs for personal brands. This role goes beyond aesthetics—we need someone who can craft compelling, strategic visuals that drive engagement across LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Responsibilities:

Brand Identity & Visual Design

  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
  • Design high-quality graphics for LinkedIn posts, YouTube thumbnails, and TikTok content.
  • Create branding elements, templates, and layouts that enhance the personal brand’s presence.

Social Media Content Creation

  • Design engaging LinkedIn carousels, infographics, and post visuals that encourage shares and interaction.
  • Develop eye-catching YouTube thumbnails optimized for high click-through rates (CTR).
  • Create TikTok overlays, captions, and motion graphics to enhance short-form video content.

Content Repurposing & Optimization

  • Transform long-form content (interviews, speeches, podcasts) into visually compelling assets for various platforms.
  • Collaborate with video editors and content strategists to ensure visuals align with storytelling goals.
  • Stay up to date on design trends and platform-specific best practices to optimize engagement.

Creative Strategy & Iteration

  • Analyze content performance and refine designs based on engagement data.
  • Experiment with new styles, colors, and formats to increase audience retention.
  • Work closely with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative design concepts



Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in social media or personal brand marketing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or other industry-standard design tools.
  • Experience in motion graphics, video overlays, and typography design for short-form content.
  • Understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and platform-specific design best practices.
  • Ability to interpret brand messaging and translate it into compelling visuals.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with content strategists, video editors, and marketing teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
