Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you’ll own the sales process from start to finish—prospecting, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals. You’ll build relationships, showcase solutions, and help businesses improve workplace safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through email, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct product demos and explain how AI solutions address client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with SDRs and the sales team to ensure a strong pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by booking meetings and closing opportunities.

Requirements

5+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals.

Confidence in cold calling and engaging senior decision-makers.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Background in SaaS, AI, or HR tech is a plus.
