As the Sr. Manager, Renewal Strategy & Operations, you will play a critical role in driving overall customer satisfaction, retention and growth by developing and executing effective renewals strategies. You will focus on enhancing operational efficiency through process optimization, data analysis, and forecasting, while fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role reports to the Director of Customer Experience Operations under the GTM Operations organization.

Requirements 

Base Salary Range: $170,000 - $200,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
