About Our Client:

Our client is a B2B paid media agency specializing in SaaS, fintech, and professional services. They focus on delivering exceptional results through strategic campaigns and strong client relationships, operating with a high-trust, collaborative team culture.

Role Overview
The Account Manager will develop paid media strategies, manage client relationships, and deliver reports to align with client goals. This role including process optimization and potential leadership.

Responsibilities::

  • Manage client accounts and develop paid media strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Lead 5-6 client calls per week to present reports and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the head of paid media during weekly review calls to evaluate account performance.
  • Provide weekly or bi-weekly status updates to clients based on their needs.
  • Maintain communication through Slack, emails, and scheduled client meetings.
  • Contribute to client retention and health scores, ensuring overall account success.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, ClickUp, Loom, HubSpot, and Pardot.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM tools and client retention strategies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven ability to optimize account management processes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a digital agency or in-house B2B paid media campaigns.
  • Expertise in managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B clients.
  • Fluent English with minimal accent; candidates with strong strategic skills and a slight accent are welcome.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, HubSpot, Pardot, and Loom.
  • Ability to manage up to 15-17 accounts after an initial ramp-up period.
