Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Media Buyer to manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads mainly. This role involves audience targeting, creative collaboration, and data-driven optimization to ensure campaign success for eCommerce brands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale e-commerce advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
  • Oversee 1-4 client accounts, focusing on campaign performance, strategic scaling, and aligning with client goals.
  • Conduct daily campaign optimizations, including refreshing ad copies, monitoring user-generated content (UGC), and analyzing performance.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements, budget increases, and overall campaign enhancements.
  • Provide in-house strategic insights to better understand client needs, particularly in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Alcohol & Beverages industries.
  • Attend client meetings to discuss campaign performance and actionable strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing and scaling e-commerce ad campaigns with a focus on D2C.
  • Proven ability to manage high-budget campaigns, with monthly budgets ranging from $100,000 to $400,000.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Northbeam and Triple Whale.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on ROI and performance metrics, including hooks, open rates, CTR, and conversions.
  • Familiarity with creating and optimizing ad copies, UGC, and audience-specific creative strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with Senior Media Buyers and other stakeholders.
  • Industry experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Alcohol & Beverages is preferred
