Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Assist with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and customer support requests.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively while aiming for complete satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
• Stay informed about our products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve our offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, though not required.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to empathize with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
