We're seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and help us elevate our online presence and drive customer engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across various digital channels, with a focus on boosting sales and revenue for our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content, and digital advertising.
  • Manage and optimize the performance of our e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Amazon or WooCommerce, to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce, content, and design teams to create visually appealing and compelling marketing assets.
  • Utilize a range of analytics tools to track campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Continuously test and optimize marketing initiatives to enhance their effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
  • Proficient in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
  • Hands-on experience with various marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, and Canva.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for design, with the ability to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and their application in e-commerce marketing.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
