We are the Rapid Developers team. We work in the field of no-code web application development in the European and American markets. We make applications of varying complexity - on desktop and mobile screens. We work on a variety of interesting projects, since the development cycle is shorter than on code, the projects change quickly.

Our team is actively growing, and therefore we are looking for a Product Manager with fluent English and technical experience of at least 3 years.

Responsibilities:

- Formulating and prioritizing product requirements based on an analysis of user and market needs.

- Active participation in calls with clients for a deep understanding of the project.

- Interaction with teams of project managers, development, design.

- Identifying and solving problems, proposing ideas for product implementation.

- Conducting research and analyzing competitors to identify new opportunities.

- Participation in project management processes for project management.

- Collection and analysis of metrics to assess the success of the product.

Requirements

- Experience working on several projects in parallel.

- Fluent English at a native level (C1 and above).

- Experience as a Product Manager or in a related role for at least 3 years.

- Knowledge of basic project management methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Experience in the IT field, in outsourcing companies.

Will be a plus: experience of living in the USA / experience of working with American clients.
