As an HCM Configuration & Support Specialist I, you'll be the driving force behind smooth client transitions to the iSolved HCM platform. You’ll collaborate with the Operations team and leadership, ensuring that every implementation is seamless, efficient, and optimized for success. This role is all about technical expertise, attention to detail, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You'll Do 🚀

  • Be the bridge between clients and their new HRIS system—configuring workflows that meet their unique needs.
  • Lead deep-dive sessions to design the best payroll and time tracking implementations.
  • Oversee all aspects of system configuration and data integration.
  • Coordinate and execute API data feeds (180 and 360) between iSolved and benefit carriers/administrators.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize system performance.
  • Maintain data integrity—ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance.
  • Communicate like a pro with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Adapt and innovate as project requirements evolve.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest iSolved tools and best practices.

Your Background 📚

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
💼 3+ years of payroll implementation, system integration, or HRIS/HCM support experience.
💡 Experience with data mapping, API/SFTP file transfers, and system configuration? Even better!
