TalenTailors is on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic DevOps Engineer to join our customer`s team. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure as Code & Platform Engineering
    • Design and implementation of Kubernetes clusters with Talos Linux
    • Management of Proxmox virtualization environment
    • Development and maintenance of Infrastructure-as-Code with Ansible
    • Optimization of cluster architecture and automation of deployments
  • Container Orchestration & Cloud Native
    • Implementation of Kubernetes deployments and service architectures
    • Configuration and maintenance of Kubernetes operators
    • Integration of cloud-native tools and services
    • Monitoring and logging of cluster infrastructure
  • Automation & CI/CD
    • Development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI)
    • Implementation of automated backup and recovery strategies
    • Creation of monitoring and alerting solutions
    • Automation of recurring system administration tasks
  • Security & Compliance
    • Implementation of security best practices for Kubernetes
    • Hardening of Linux systems according to current standards
    • Management of secrets and access rights
    • Regular security audits and updates

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise
    • Extensive experience with Kubernetes and container technologies
    • In-depth Linux system administration (especially Ubuntu)
    • Practical experience with Proxmox or similar virtualization solutions
    • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Ansible)
  • DevOps & Automation
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
    • Understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability
    • Shell scripting and automation skills
    • Experience with version control (Git)
