Alabama Solutions is seeking a Solutions Architect to bridge sales, technical discovery, delivery, and innovation. This role requires expertise in enterprise-level solution design, technical leadership, and strategic consulting. The ideal candidate is a versatile problem-solver who can guide sales teams, manage technical projects, and mentor developers, ensuring high-quality execution.
This role is split approximately 25-40% towards sales support and 60-75% towards delivery and technical leadership

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support (25-40%)
- Provide technical expertise during the sales process, running demos for prospects and clients.
- Architect enterprise-level solutions, including integrations, infrastructure, and feature design.
- Assist in solution engineering and craft tailored technical proposals.
- Support sales-to-operations handoff, ensuring clear project requirements and expectations.
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand client engagements through technical insights.
Technical Leadership & Delivery (60-75%)
- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients, capturing business and technical requirements.
- Guide development teams in scalable, responsive, and interactive UI/UX implementations.
- Oversee technical architecture and system design, ensuring best practices.
- Mentor developers, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
- Handle team escalations, assignments, and resource planning.
- Develop internal tooling to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Conduct code reviews, knowledge transfer sessions, and technical oversight.
- Stay updated on industry trends, integrating innovations into projects.
Project Management & Client Relations
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Work closely with Project Managers to align priorities and resolve issues.
- Maintain transparent client communication, managing expectations effectively.
- Present accurate project timelines, ensuring alignment across teams.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify technical and process optimization opportunities.
- Enhance development methodologies and internal frameworks.
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

Benefits
