What You’ll Do:
- Creation of firmware for new and existing products, writing efficient, high-quality, maintainable code and conducting code review.
- Cross-team collaboration, predominantly within electronics, mechanical design & software departments.
- Participating in daily Scrum stand-ups.
- Conducting sprint planning & review, priority management & Agile retrospectives.
- Driving product development from concept & deployment to future maintenance.
- Collaborating internally and externally, to facilitate efficient project delivery.
- For the right person, team leadership could be an option.
- Working with our London and Cambridge offices, which may require working hours to be flexible.

- Ideally, we are searching for an individual who would like this role to become permanent and is willing to relocate (with our help) to London, Greenwich.
Experience You’ll Have:
- Hands-on experience in Embedded / Firmware (C and C++) to a very high level.
- Embedded system architecture design, implementation & maintenance.
- Network Interface - SPI, I2C, USB, UART, RS232, RS485, Ethernet CAN-bus.
- Understanding of electronic PCB.
- Real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers, MBED & STM32 desirable.
- Interest in low level Motor Control / PID desirable.
Interview Process (Remote via Teams)
If successful, you will be contacted by our Recruitment Manager to schedule an initial conversation. To help us learn more about your workplace behaviours and preferences, you’ll then be invited to complete a short Predictive Index (PI) Behavioural and Cognitive Assessment online. There will be a live technical evaluation and you will remotely meet members of the leadership team.

We have also delivered boundary-pushing technology projects in close collaboration with clients like Red Bull Air Race and the film Gravity.
