We are looking for a Mobile QA Engineer to join our team. 

About the Role: 

We’re looking for a Mobile QA engineer who will drive testing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Performing component and end-to-end functional testing and contribute to organisation goals. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to face and solve technology challenges on a next level.

Responsibilities: 

• Performing testing of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms 

• Performing component and end-to-end functional testing 

• Keep test documentation (in Gherkin) up to date and well formed (test cases, test suites, test plans) 

• Responsible for the quality of the deliverables 

• Participate in sprint planning to ensure quality of requirements 

• Communication with the team (Developers, DevOps, QA Engineers, Product Owner) 

• Building and maintaining test environments 

Requirements

• Experience 3+ years in Quality Assurance and Mobile App Testing 

• Experience in Agile methodologies and working in a cross-functional team 

• Experience with requirements analysis, defect trackin 

• Skills 

• Understanding of the principles of client-server architecture 

• Knowledge of the life cycle of software development and the main types of testing at each stage 

• Experience in mobile app testing (iOS and Android) and web app testing 

• Experience of working with emulators and simulators (Android Studio, Xcode) 

• Knowledge of iOS and Android guidelines 

• Experience in testing backend applications (API/ Integration testing) 

• Experience in developing and updating test documentation (checklists, test cases, bug reports) 

• Knowledge of approaches to analysing business requirements 

• Experience with SQL 

• Experience with different traffic sniffers (Charles, Fiddler) 

• English language 

Additional Skills 

• Experience with prepare/configuration/deploy test environment 

• Experience of working with Message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
