- Assist in processing orders, returns, and other customer service-related tasks.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and MS Office Suite.
