The impact of the role: 

The GO Software Engineer will be a critical team member of the Application Chapter responsible for delivering innovative solutions within the smart mobility ecosystem.

This is an amazing opportunity to be part of the smart mobility ecosystem. On a given day, a GO Software Engineer will:

• Design and develop cloud-native microservices in Go language
• Develop and integrate services that will feed mobile applications and vehicle systems
• Write well-tested, efficient code using Go best practices
• Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
  

Requirements

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Go development
• Strong understanding of concurrent programming using goroutines and channels
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and working with various databases
• Knowledge of version control systems and experience CI/CD pipelines
• Engage with colleagues and clients worldwide, thus fluency in English is a must
• Collaborate closely with your team to explore new possibilities and develop innovative solutions
• Embrace new technologies and practices, following an out of the box approach to keep us at the forefront of the industry
