Job Description

Salary: P100,000-P180,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (04:00 PM -01:00 AM)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 2+ years of experience working with airline technology, specifically loyalty CRM, ancillary management, and PSS components. Experience with NDC, GDS, or Offer & Order is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of airline data management and processing, particularly for loyalty programs and ancillary services.
  • Strong foundation in data engineering principles, including data transformation (cleansing, enrichment, aggregation), integration (scheduling, orchestration), and data modeling (schema design, warehousing).
  • Proficient in Python, NodeJS, SQL, and experienced with Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, Amazon Redshift, and Docker for data processing and workflow automation.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining ETL pipelines and managing NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and DynamoDB.

What will you do?

  • Be instrumental in the development of client's post-flight platform, particularly with data extraction, transformation and understanding parts of our product.
  • Build ETL pipelines to manage loyalty and ancillary transactions (e.g., points accrual, redemptions, tier upgrades).
  • Manage & optimize client’s AI data models by monitoring customer usage.
  • Enable data to be used in downstream use cases like customer segmentation, personalization, and targeted marketing.
  • Work with ML engineers to optimize and re-train models based on insights, usage and business aims.
