The Studio Business Group (SBG) Finance team is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Finance Transformation program. In this pivotal role, you will design and deliver technology roadmaps from inception through solution adoption. You will drive the usability and operationalization of technology solutions for SBG FP&A.

In this role, you will make an impact by driving the alignment between technology and strategic business goals. You’ll help cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, standardization, and operational excellence across the organization. You will provide and utilize best-in-practice methods, tools, and analysis to guide transformation efforts and realize their outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in evaluating, designing, delivering, and scaling core FP&A technologies; transformation program design and delivery; broad financial knowledge; experience in community- and coalition-building; and a passion for FP&A excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Plan, design and deliver system transformation and enhancement roadmap; lead and drive technology optimization strategy and decision-making.

· Conduct high-level analysis of current business systems and processes, identifying opportunities for reengineering, innovation, and optimization. Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements to address gaps and pain points, mature technical capabilities, and expand adoption.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable financial systems that meet both immediate and future business needs. Provide leadership throughout system solution and vendor evaluation processes, ensuring the selected solutions meet business and technical requirements.

· Provide best-in-practice solutions to meeting FP&A challenges with technology. Engage in industry research and benchmarking regarding new technology solutions.

· Connect and translate business and technical requirements; ensure traceability; and assess level of effort. Facilitate or perform system configuration changes as needed.

· Plan and facilitate testing and go/no-go decisioning for technology solutions. Ensure users are bought-in to system changes and are notified of problems/issues and their resolution.

· Implement and operationalize processes for user, stakeholder and vendor management; solution design and delivery; testing and release management; problem/issue management; performance monitoring; and system communications.

· Develop and sustain strong relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing clear communication and maintaining alignment to program/project goals, risks, and timelines. Provide regular status updates and insights, ensuring that key metrics and deliverables are met.

· Identify key business readiness considerations, activities, and deliverables in order to drive adoption of systems improvements; develop creative and engaging enablement solutions to help teams adopt the future-state.

· Create and maintain high-quality documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure transparent and consistent service experience.

· Define, implement, and monitor success measures with transformation program lead and delivery team. Document lessons learned and share knowledge across the organization to develop best practices and support future projects.

· Partner and liaise with other teams at SIE to collaborate on issues and address improvement opportunities

Qualifications

· 7+ years of demonstrated experience working in consultative business systems analysis, solution evaluation, design, and implementation. Curious about how FP&A works; adept at problem-solving. Knowledgeable regarding emerging trends in financial technologies and the ability to evaluate and implement new tools and systems.

· Advanced experience designing and administering common cloud-based FP&A (BI, Planning, Analytics) tools; ServiceNow and BPM technology experience a plus.

· Proven track record of designing and delivering complex FP&A transformation roadmaps, programs, and projects - from inception through adoption. Strong strategic thinking with a focus on delivering long-term value. Experience working in organizations with evolving technology environments: maturing systems, expanding adoption, and enhancing operational effectiveness.

· Acumen and proficiency in FP&A functional best practices and technologies. Direct work experience in FP&A is a plus.

· Strong, proactive leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, drive clarity and alignment, and resolve conflicts across a global and multicultural work environment.

· Expertise in designing and optimizing data architectures that support complex financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, ensuring seamless integration with and alignment to enterprise systems and data models.

· Demonstrated experience in managing Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks, including data governance, data quality, and standardization practices, to ensure accuracy and drive consistency of financial data across systems and functions.

· Experience with change management methods that successfully drive solution adoption; loves to teach others and design/deliver enablement training

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; engaging and enthusiastic presenter and storyteller to audiences of all levels (senior executives, technical teams, and users)

· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

· Understanding of challenges and dynamics within the gaming or entertainment industries.

· BS/BA in business administration, finance, economics, data science, computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related field. CBAP or related professional qualification highly preferred.

Please note that the individual base pay range may vary based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
