Location: Midlands to North (Leeds, Manchester area preferred)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus (10-20%) + Car/Allowance

The Role
A strategic sales role focusing on business development across facilities management, sustainability, and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for project success.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience in building services, FM, or sustainability.
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
- Excellent communication and CRM proficiency.
- Desirable: Water management or ESG knowledge.
