Job Overview: 

As our SEO Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing an SEO strategy that enhances visibility, improves rankings, and maximizes organic revenue. You’ll collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to ensure that our website is fully optimized for search engines while aligning with our brand’s voice and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee SEO accounts, ensuring optimal performance and growth, while providing comprehensive monthly reports on key metrics and insights.
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify technical and on-page SEO opportunities, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Continuously monitor keyword rankings and performance in Google SERPs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research to uncover high-value opportunities for content and website optimization.
  • Implement and optimize on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking.
  • Develop and execute local and national SEO strategies to enhance visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Participate in weekly strategy meetings to discuss insights, trends, and new SEO opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with SEO team members to align efforts, share knowledge, and drive cohesive results.
  • Optimize website content and copy to improve search engine visibility while maintaining brand voice and engagement.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on website architecture, content structure, internal linking, and other key factors to improve rankings for target keywords.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, with the ability to analyze data, extract insights, and optimize SEO strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft and optimize content for both users and search engines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and SEO metric tracking.
  • Comprehensive understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, indexing, crawlability, and structured data implementation.
