Flatiron School’s Enterprise team is seeking a Manager, Client Success to join our growing team!

The role will oversee Flatiron School’s active and new partnerships with Enterprise customers as well as own the ongoing relationship with key client stakeholders. This role will also be responsible for managing work-streams across internal cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of Enterprise engagements. This individual will be the first point-of-contact for all internal and external matters related to active and new Enterprise partners and will be responsible for supporting continued partnership growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee successful delivery of Enterprise engagements.
- Manage all cross-functional work-streams, build and maintain project plans (internal and external) to achieve engagement objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate progress of Enterprise engagements to internal stakeholders, and external clients through performance reports and business reviews
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer questions or escalations (internal and external).
- Build and maintain key program materials for each Enterprise engagement.
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years work experience and 2-3 years client management experience
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage cross-functionally
- Excited about the opportunity to build and run new processes on a small, fast paced team
- A team player – demonstrates a ‘no task too small’ mentality, wearer of many hats, and willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver an excellent learner and client experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, high EQ, and the ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Tenacious and flexible and can pursue the goal in front of them, pivoting quickly as needed
- Good judgment – contextualizes decisions using frameworks, precedents, and goals, and determines the most appropriate path forward based on this information
- Bias for action – analyzes what works and what doesn't and takes action based on findings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience utilizing the full Google Workspace suite
