Requirements

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for Merchant Intelligence and Analytics products to give our customers a clear picture of how their business performs and what can be improved. This includes customer and market research, setting up metrics and goals for your cross-functional team of engineers and designers, and collaborating with other product teams to drive strategic initiatives towards company objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of stepping into the shoes of customers from numerous industries to learn their process and help them improve on their goals by building an easy to use, yet powerful customer-facing dashboard.

Day-to-day you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Merchant Intelligence and Analytics, ensuring it drives the company's vision by solving for customer needs.
  • Conduct customer interviews to understand the processes and challenges of your users, identify core demands behind their requests, and validate solutions before implementation.
  • Roll your sleeves and dive into analytics on both product usage and customers’ business.
  • Develop powerful dashboard solutions to communicate business performance and data insights to ecommerce merchandisers.
  • Lead and scale a cross-functional team of engineers and designers, while owning the full product cycle from discovery to prototyping, implementation, launching, and enabling fellow teams and customers.
  • Identify new product opportunities through market research and close collaboration with other teams on the expansive Constructor data.
  • Closely collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure wonderful experience for customers and prospects by setting the right expectations and clearly communicating product strategy and updates. 
  • Orchestrate go-to-market activities with sales and marketing across your product portfolio.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on product strategy, roadmaps, and progress against key metrics.

You would be a good fit if:

  • You love doing qualitative research and talking to customers.
  • You have a skill of explaining data insights to unprepared audiences and encouraging action. Knowledge of ecommerce retail metrics is a plus.
  • You have experience of doing quantitative research with such tools as Amplitude, Redash, and Metabase.
  • You are able to motivate cross-functional teams by advocating customer needs and delegating responsibility. 
  • You feel confident about managing commitments and expectations from numerous internal and external stakeholders while ensuring strategic focus.
  • You seek a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment and thrive in ever-evolving processes.
  • You base decisions on data but are ready to take action when faced with uncertainty.
  • Having a background in retail, including digital merchandising.
  • You are excited to bring learnings from your experience to augment our product culture and processes.
  • You have experience of working remotely and in agile software development with empowered cross-functional teams.
