Admirals is a multi-licensed FinTech company headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, with an international team of over 350 employees across 18 countries.
We are expanding our investment, trading, and educational offerings through a comprehensive marketing strategy, crafted and executed by a skilled team of professionals.
To strengthen that team, Admirals is seeking a Lead PPC Manager for Google.
Requirements / What you will require / Good-to-haves:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and media buying, with a strong focus on performance marketing;
- Experience in UA and running successful advertising campaigns for at least one international market (e.g., UK, MENA) for a mobile app and desktop, including in-app, contextual, and media advertising;
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team;
- Hands-on experience with Optimization, Search query reports, Keyword Research etc.;
- Expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and other related Google platforms;
- Advanced use of tools: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Business Manager, Semrush, Keyword planner, Hotjar, etc.;
- System approach to lead generation through paid channels (optimization of ads, creatives, landing pages), segment-focused approach;
- Focus on ROI, prioritize leads quality over quantity;
- Understanding of financial brokerage, investment, and educational products, customer behavior, and industry regulations is a great plus;
- Experience in tools for ad creatives (Figma, Canva) is a plus;
- Experience in using AI is a plus;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, is essential. The role requires effective communication with internal teams, external partners, and global stakeholders. C1+ level is preferable.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of PPC specialists: This includes setting performance goals, providing regular feedback, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment;
- Manage, and refine digital advertising campaigns predominantly on Google Search, while also leveraging other related Google platforms;
- Develop intricate models of ad buying on Google across different international markets, including the UK, LatAM, and the Levant/MENA to foster the growth of specific verticals and enhance our market presence;
- Deep dive into campaign analytics to derive data-backed decisions, ensuring optimal ROMI and LTV;
- Govern advertising budgets with a readiness to manage substantial funds;
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad copy, targeting, and landing pages;
- Conduct competitor and target audience analysis to gain insights into market trends, customer behavior, and areas for improvement.
