Hours: 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time
Hourly Wage: $5 - $8 (Open to negotiation based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Segment and target email lists to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of email campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine email content and improve results.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in email marketing and CRM tools.
  • Strong understanding of email best practices and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
