The Director of Strategy & Business Development serves as a critical thought partner and advisor to the CEO, driving strategic initiatives, business development efforts, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational growth and success. This dual-role position combines strategic leadership with operational execution, providing comprehensive support to the CEO and ensuring alignment across all teams and initiatives. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with exceptional analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, capable of navigating complex challenges and delivering impactful solutions.
