Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager (Customer Retention Focus) to lead our email marketing initiatives aimed at improving customer retention and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation strategies, and customer journey mapping, all while focusing on creating targeted campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Develop and oversee email marketing strategies focusing on customer retention and loyalty.
- Create, test, and optimize email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Manage the entire email lifecycle from planning and execution to analysis and reporting.
- Segment audiences based on behavior, preferences, and past interactions to deliver tailored content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment of messaging.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance tracking to refine and enhance email marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in email marketing with a focus on customer retention.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation to drive decision-making.
- Excellent understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation strategies.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experience with campaign performance analysis.
