Full Stack Developer (Shopify)

Job Description

Our client is a dynamic Sydney-based company specialising in beauty, skincare, and devices. They oversee a diverse portfolio of more than 15 brands spanning B2B and B2C markets.

They are now looking to hire a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Shopify and a keen eye for design.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and customise websites using Shopify, Squarespace, and WordPress, with a primary focus on Shopify.
• Develop websites using base templates and optimise performance with suitable plugins or programs.
• Design user-friendly and visually appealing websites, turning branded brochures into landing pages or mini websites.
• Create a variety of websites, including informational websites with contact forms, landing pages, and e-commerce platforms.
• Adapt and replicate existing international websites for local Australian audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver high-quality websites aligned with brand objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Shopify development (Squarespace and WordPress experience is a plus).
• Ability to build and customise websites using base templates.
• Experience in optimising website performance through plugins or programs (preferred but not essential).
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design and an eye for creative, aesthetic design (preferred).
• Familiarity with designing and building e-commerce websites on Shopify.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Creating websites from branded materials such as brochures or adapting pre-designed content.
• Building websites across various industries, especially beauty, skincare, or devices.
