Responsibilities

• Lead the AI/ML & Data Science team by setting performance standards, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure professional growth and project success.
• Engage with clients to deeply understand their business needs, maintain effective communication, use consultative skills and negotiation skills as necessary to align project objectives with business goals.
• Foster and uphold the company’s culture within the team, ensuring a harmonious work environment that encourages collaboration, resilience and innovation.
• Ensure the execution of projects is on schedule and meets the high-quality standards expected by the company and its clients, with a particular focus on generating actionable insights that drive business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• 9 to 15 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of leading data-driven projects that encompass areas such as GenAI, ML, churn prediction, customer segmentation, forecasting and strategic initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as Python and SQL, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks and statistical modeling techniques is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers. Experience on performance management, task delegation and professional development of team members.
•  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Ability to foster and maintain a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. Commitment to supporting and promoting the company’s culture.
• Proficient in Python, SQL and Google Cloud or AWS or Azure cloud technologies
• Fluent in English
• Experience on consultative environment
