Position brief:

The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the development of Beam Mobility’s technology & product vision. The role focuses on defining product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver seamless and impactful experiences for users. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, legal and operations, to bring new features to market and enhance existing offerings. This position is critical in ensuring that Beam Mobility continues to lead the industry in providing safe, sustainable, and efficient transportation options.

Key responsibilities.

• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
• Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
• Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Strong English communication skills 
• At least 4 years of working experience with minimum 1 year of experience in product management
• Previous work on data and experimentation products would add value but is not mandatory
• Background in software development and program management is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile framework
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Creative thinking skills
