Technical Sales Manager B2B (design of fixtures, non-standard equipment)

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager with a technical background to join our MetalWork Türkiye team. In this role, you will actively drive business growth across Turkey, targeting new clients and achieving sales goals.

Requirements

• Identify and engage potential clients through calls and lead generation.
• Manage incoming inquiries, prepare and present proposals, and close sales.
• Track client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and follow up on opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPI metrics (30+ client calls monthly).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
• Technical background with knowledge of Turkish and experience in cold calling.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with CRM experience preferred.
• Ideally fluent in Turkish, with knowledge of English or Russian being a plus.

• Remote, flexible work environment with home office setup.
• Standard working hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (local time).
• Salary from $900 to $ 4000 per month.
• Paid annual leave of 28 calendar days.
