At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a WordPress Developer to build, customize, optimize, and maintain high-performing WordPress websites that support business growth and digital marketing initiatives.
This role combines strong WordPress development expertise with a solid understanding of website performance, SEO, responsive design, and user experience. You’ll work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to develop visually polished, conversion-focused websites that are fast, secure, and easy to maintain.
From custom page builds and plugin integrations to performance optimization and troubleshooting, you’ll own the complete website development lifecycle while ensuring every site delivers an exceptional user experience.
If you’re passionate about WordPress development and enjoy building websites that are both technically sound and marketing-driven, this role is for you.
Right after you apply, you’ll receive an email invitation from Spark Hire to record your Intro Video. This short, self-recorded video is the final step that completes your application.
Instead of repeating yourself across multiple screening calls, you’ll introduce yourself once, and your video will be shared with the hiring team. This allows hiring managers to evaluate your communication style early, making future interviews more meaningful while reducing unnecessary interview rounds.
Don’t overthink it—you can record your video as many times as you’d like before submitting it. Only your final submission will be reviewed. Please keep an eye on both your inbox and spam folder for your Spark Hire invitation.
If you’re a WordPress Developer who enjoys building fast, secure, and high-performing websites, thrives on solving technical challenges, and wants to create digital experiences that drive business growth, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and help build websites that are optimized for performance, usability, and long-term success.
