Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, Meta Ads & Local SEO)

Job Description

Rapidomes is an AI-powered digital marketing agency helping Roofing, HVAC, Electrical, and Garage Door companies across the United States generate consistent, high-quality leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, Local SEO, SEO, conversion-focused websites, and AI automation.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in performance marketing, Local SEO, and WordPress. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing paid advertising campaigns, improving local search rankings, optimizing websites, creating high-converting landing pages, and reporting campaign performance. Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

1. Google Ads Management

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Perform keyword research and campaign structuring.
• Write compelling ad copy.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and negative keywords.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking.
• Improve Quality Score, CTR, and Cost Per Lead.
• Continuously optimize campaign performance.

2. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

• Create and manage lead generation campaigns.
• Build audiences and retargeting campaigns.
• Optimize creatives, budgets, and campaign performance.
• Configure Meta Pixel and basic conversion tracking.

3. Local SEO & Google Business Profile

• Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles.
• Improve Google Maps rankings.
• Perform local keyword research.
• Build and manage citations.
• Maintain NAP consistency.
• Publish Google Business Profile posts.
• Conduct competitor analysis and local SEO improvements.

4. Website SEO

• Perform on-page, technical, and local SEO.
• Optimize metadata, headings, internal linking, and images.
• Implement Schema Markup and Entity SEO.
• Improve Core Web Vitals and website performance.
• Monitor Google Search Console and Analytics.
• Conduct regular SEO audits.

5. Landing Pages & Website Management

• Build high-converting landing pages using WordPress and Elementor.
• Create service and location pages.
• Optimize user experience and conversion rates.
• Perform website updates and maintenance.
• Install tracking scripts and analytics.

6. Content & Advanced SEO (Preferred)

Experience with the following is highly preferred:

• Semantic SEO
• Topical Maps & Content Clusters
• Entity SEO
• Schema Markup
• SEO Content Brief Creation
• AI-assisted SEO Content
• Programmatic SEO (Bonus)

7. Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Prepare weekly and monthly client reports.
• Track KPIs including Leads, CPL, CTR, ROAS, Rankings, and Organic Traffic.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Present actionable recommendations based on data.

8. CRM & Marketing Automation (Plus)

• Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM management, funnels, automations, forms, calendars, pipelines, and reporting is a strong advantage.

9. Video Editing (Bonus)

• Basic editing of short-form videos for ads and social media using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Location: Remote
• Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day
• Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month (Based on Experience)

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Experience with WordPress and Elementor.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Experience working with Roofing or other Home Service businesses is a strong plus.
