Job Title: Graphics Designer

Work Schedule: 9:00am - 6:00 PM Central Time

Job Overview:

Do you have a passion for creating stunning graphics, custom images, and other similar creative assets? Do you have a talent for creating powerful and engaging graphic images from a marketing brief? If yes, you may be who we’re looking for. 

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can create polished, on-brand marketing assets across both digital and print channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to produce visually compelling materials that align with each brand’s identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality marketing assets for digital and print campaigns.

• Design graphics for websites, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, presentations, brochures, direct mail, posters, and other marketing collateral.
  
• Develop creative concepts while adhering to established brand guidelines.
  
• Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print applications.
  
• Design and update email campaigns within marketing or CMS platforms when required.
  
• Export, organize, and maintain design files following internal file management standards.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate feedback and deliver projects on schedule.
  
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all creative deliverables.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, digital, and print design.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and layout principles.
  
• Solid knowledge of print production, digital design standards, color spaces, image resolution, and file preparation.
  
• Experience using Google Workspace or similar cloud collaboration tools.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
  
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  
• Comfortable collaborating in a remote team environment.
  
• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) during 9:00am - 6:00 PM Central Time, North American business hours.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Figma.
  
• Motion graphics, animation, or basic video editing skills.
  
• Experience creating social media content and digital advertising assets.
  
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms or CMS tools.
  
• Experience updating website content through content management systems.
  
• Understanding of current digital marketing and social media design trends.
