MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Provide leadership by developing and directing QA and quality improvement initiatives for all company products and services
  • Create vision, mission, and strategy for the QA Team to ensure achievement of KPI’s and quality standards
  • Work with Product Management and Engineering Leaders to identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement for continuous quality delivery
  • Ensure the standardization of our testing processes in the Software Development Lifecycle for our platform
  • Monitor QA systems and advise executive team on system performance; publish statistics regarding performance against set goals
  • Provide guidance to the QA Team members to ensure quality of test cases/plans and reporting
  • Improve test automation posture to optimize release effeciency


  • QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • University Degree in a relevant technical field; combination of experience and education may be substituted
  • 10+ years of technical experience and 5 years of management experience in a Software Quality Assurance capacity for Enterprise SaaS with multiple concurrent products
  • Proven leader with direct knowledge of QA methodologies, software test practices, and test automation
  • Must possess excellent communication skills for liaising and communicating with vendors, customers, and internal departments
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Software Development Lifecyle and Agile methodologies
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with other departments and key business partners
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills
  • Well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills (direct and indirect)
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
  • Extremely detail-oriented and analytical thinker
