Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues concerning electronic devices.
  • Document all customer interactions properly, maintaining accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently manage tasks in a remote environment.
