Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Paid Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the development and management of paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), with the potential to expand to other platforms as needed. The ideal candidate will also have graphic design skills to create compelling visual assets that align with our campaigns and brand identity.

Familiarity with additional paid media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Ads, TikTok, or YouTube) is highly desirable and could be a significant advantage in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms, focusing on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Create visually engaging and on-brand graphics and creatives to support campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid social strategies with broader marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain effective and innovative.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns, particularly on Meta platforms.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in education or a similar sector is a plus but not required.
