Creative Project Manager

Location: Remote LATAM

Schedule:Full-Time, Monday–Friday  9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

Salary: USD $10- $15 Per hour

We are looking for two organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Managers to join our growing Content team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our creative pods — keeping assets organized, workflows on track, and client deliverables polished. You will work at the intersection of project coordination and creative production, ensuring every piece of content that leaves the team meets our quality standards before it reaches the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain all creative assets across team projects, ensuring files are properly named, versioned, and accessible.
  • Build, launch, and manage content plans within Asana, keeping timelines accurate and team members aligned on priorities.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews on all deliverables prior to client submission, checking for accuracy, brand consistency, and completeness.
  • Support pod organization initiatives, including scheduling, capacity tracking, and facilitating communication across cross-functional team members.
  • Stage and manage images within Figma, preparing visual assets for review, presentation, or handoff.
  • Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase team efficiency.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between creative, strategy, and client-facing teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, content coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience organizing and maintaining digital assets and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to review deliverables against brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment with distributed teams.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience using Asana for project and content management.
  • Familiarity with Figma for asset staging, review, or creative collaboration.
  • Previous experience working within a content, marketing, creative, or agency environment.
  • Experience supporting creative production teams and content workflows.
  • Understanding of content creation, digital marketing, or creative operations processes.
