Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional support for electronic products to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to electronics efficiently.
  • Guide customers in understanding and utilizing product features effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Remain current on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance your support capabilities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in electronics support or a similar technology-focused role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of electronic products and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and customer support software is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment.
