This remote position, based in Greece, allows you to provide expertise and support to our Italian-speaking customers regarding their electronic devices. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support for electronic products to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to electronics efficiently.
- Guide customers in understanding and utilizing product features effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Remain current on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance your support capabilities.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in electronics support or a similar technology-focused role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of electronic products and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- Proficient in CRM systems and customer support software is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment.
