The Creative Director (CD) serves as the custodian of the brand, overseeing all digital and physical representations. From conceptualization to execution, the CD is responsible for ensuring a consistent and compelling consumer experience across B2C, B2B, and marketplace channels.
Initially, the CD will collaborate closely with the owners and leadership to establish brand guidelines and assets. Once the foundation is in place, the CD will prioritize design projects, generate ideas to drive sales, and elevate the brand continuously.
As the design workload grows, the CD will build and manage a Creative Team, ensuring all projects align with the company’s marketing strategy and business needs.
