Job Description

The Marketing Manager ESG is responsible for driving the expansion of the ESG in the local market. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute localized marketing strategies, build and maintain a database for ESG, and oversee digital marketing initiatives, ensuring all efforts are aligned with sales and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Expansion for ESG (CSRD):
    • Develop and execute a targeted marketing strategy to penetrate the market for the ESG product, with a strong emphasis on achieving 100 SQL by the end of the financial year.
    • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, trends, and regulatory changes related to ESG and ESRS in the local market.
    • Collaborate with the Sales team to generate and nurture high-quality leads, supporting their efforts to meet sales targets.
  2. Database Management and HubSpot Oversight:
    • Manage a Database building and maintain an up-to-date robust customer prospect database within HubSpot.
    • Ensure the database is up-to-date, properly segmented, and leveraged for targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Oversee the monitoring of KPIs related to database health and marketing campaign effectiveness, ensuring these are directly tied to sales targets.
  3. Website Management:
    • Oversee the local-language websites for ESG products, ensuring they are optimized for SEO and aligned with current marketing campaigns.
    • Work with a digital agency, if required by the EU marketing manager, to manage website updates and enhancements, focused on improving user experience and conversion rates.
    • Analyze website performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
  4. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the local market and the EU Marketing Managers for ESG product lines, ensuring consistent communication and alignment of strategies.
    • Maintain close collaboration with the Sales team to ensure marketing efforts are effectively supporting sales goals and providing actionable market feedback.
  5. Digital Marketing:
    • Coordinate digital marketing activities tailored to the local market, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns, making necessary adjustments to optimize results and support sales targets.
  6. Content Creation and Localization:
    • Localize marketing materials and content to ensure they are culturally relevant and resonate with local audiences.
    • Collaborate with the EU Marketing Managers and content teams to develop compelling content that drives engagement and supports brand objectives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Proven experience in the local market, with a focus on digital marketing and market expansion.
    • Experience in managing marketing databases and familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
    • Experience in ESG, ESRS, or related fields is highly desirable.

  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of the Spanish regulatory environment, particularly in relation to ESG and ESRS.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
    • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and CRM management.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Fluency in local language (French, Italian and/or German) and English, written and spoken.
