Your daily activities as a Cybersecurity Engineer will be:

    • Design, implement, and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and data.
    • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with industry best practices.
    • Respond to security incidents and perform incident analysis and reporting.
    • Perform vulnerability assessments and risk analysis.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall security infrastructure.
    • Stay updated on current and emerging threats and cybersecurity trends.
    • Automate security tasks where possible using scripts and other tools.
    • Monitor and ensure the implementation of compliance standards (NIS2, DORA, etc.).
    • Develop security architectures for new projects and review current security postures for improvements.

You are best for this role if you have/are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Cybersecurity Engineer or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR, SIEM, and encryption methods.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, network security, and endpoint protection.
  • Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English

    Nice to have:
  • Security Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CySA+, CASP+, SSCP, etc.
  • The Russian language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Experience working in SOC.
